Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 small jar Apricot-Pineapple preserves
  • 1 bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 chicken, cut into parts

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over white rice.
