Salad
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
Dressing
- 1/3 c rice vinegar
- 1/3 c olive oil
- few drops sesame oil
- 2 T sugar
- 1 pkt Top Ramen sans flavor
- pepper
- 2 T soy sauce
Ingredients to add just before serving:
- 3 T sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 c slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 pkg Top Ramen noodles, dry and crumbled
