Sante Fe Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans Pinto Beans with jalepenos
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 3/4 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 pkg dry Ranch Dressing mix

Directions:

Brown beef and onions, drain. Empty into large stew pot. Add all remaining ingredients. DO NOT DRAIN any of the canned items. Bring to boil; cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Serve with corn bread or corn sticks.
